Privileged Access Management Specialist (PAM) - 6 month contract - Netherlands

Are you passionate about IT security and access management? A leading European organisation in the energy and utilities sector is looking for a Functional Manager - PAM to ensure secure and efficient access to critical systems and data.

Key responsibilities:

•  Manage, configure, and optimise PAM tools and processes.
•  Collaborate with IT and security teams to address incidents and maintain compliance.
•  Train and advise users on best practices in access management.
•  Conduct authorisation checks and support audit activities.

What we’re looking for:

•  3+ years of experience in functional management within IT security or access management.
•  Hands-on expertise with PAM tools like CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
•  Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
•  Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
•  Fluency in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
