Hyundai develop Intelligent Event Manager with SPG Software.
The Problem
Hyundai and Fusion 2K faced the challenge of efficiently capturing sales leads at events using a manual process. Without a streamlined system, they struggled to gather accurate information from attendees, leading to potential data loss and inefficiencies. Additionally, managing different event forms and ensuring data integrity posed significant hurdles.
The Solution
To address these issues, we collaborated to develop a native iPad app tailored for event lead capture. The app features dynamic forms customized for each event, complete with conditional validation and post code lookup services for address validation. It seamlessly functions both online and offline, ensuring data collection continuity. Furthermore, the app synchronizes data with a centralized CRM system and integrates with third-party platforms for efficient data export to manufacturers. The entire system is managed through an intuitive online Content Management System (CMS), providing flexibility and ease of use in managing dynamic forms and ensuring smooth operations during events. As a result, Hyundai and Fusion 2K experienced enhanced lead capture capabilities, streamlined data management, and improved overall efficiency in their event marketing efforts.
